About Camp 4 Health

CAMP 4 Health originated as the Community Acupuncture and Massage Project. CAMP was established by David Pirola, Dianne Meurer and Jeff Irons as a community response to the discontinuation of Federal funding for complementary therapies in 2007. Many clients expressed a continued need for these services. Thanks to the generosity of several private donors, remarkably dedicated practitioners, and the shared resources of the Sunshine Cathedral Foundation, CAMP was established.

Dianne Meurer and David Pirola are Florida state licensed Acupuncture Physicians who combine current scientific research with ancient traditions to produce treatments which effectively address the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of any disharmony.

In 2008, CAMP 4 Health, Inc. received our 501(c)(3) designation from the I.R.S., which qualifies us to receive tax deductible donations, bequests, transfers and gifts as a charitable organization.

Unlike many fledgling organizations, we've been able to expand our facilities, thanks to the efforts and generosity of Will Spencer. Serving as our Managing Director and our primary donor, Will has long been a proponent of Chinese medicine as well as a driving force to include holistic therapies in the treatment of HIV and all disease.

Moving earlier this year to the Community Building at the new Equality Park campus has allowed the CAMP team to dream big and maximize our potential. We look forward to adding massage, exercise, nutrition and more to our available services.
